Classes 5-8 will be run “express style” with the show jumping and cross Rider Levy (if not reg with ESNZ): $10 country phases combined. Riders must be members with ESNZ, horses do Accomodation/Yarding: not require registration. Rosettes will Yards: $25ea (weekend) be awarded from 1st-6th place. This Covered: $50ea (weekend) event will be run under ESNZ Camping: 2 people = $20 Eventing NZ rules. NO dogs allowed. Conditions of entry & important information Help/Volunteers: AESI is a not-for-profit sports club that runs horse trials at Woodhill Sands. We require multiple dressage writers, gate stewards and general helpers for our events to run smoothly. Please let us know when entering if you are available to pitch in. Prize Giving: Place-getters in the Express Mini ODE may collect their rosettes from the office 30 minutes after overall results have been posted. Show jumping ribbons will be presented at the conclusion of each class.

Scratchings/Refunds: Scratchings after the close of entry for the Express Mini ODE will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event. Riders can apply for an 80% refund of entry fee—this must be done in writing. All yarding, ground, admin and accommodation fees are non refundable after close of entry. Membership: All riders must be either full members or introductory members with ESNZ. Article 610 ESNZ Eventing Rules: Disclaimer of Liability: Neither the organizer of this event nor ESNZ nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicle—their contents and accessories or any other personal property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. The committee reserves the right to limit numbers, cancel or change a class or make any other change in terms of Article 611 ESNZ Eventing Rules. Mini Express ODE competitors must comply with Article 634: Medical information and telephone number of accompanying person/next of kin must be provided.
