UCA Camp at Santa Barbara! All of our veterans made it to camp this year. This is a very special group and each paid their own travel and camp tuition. Jeff Webb, president and founder of UCA was at this particular college camp and got to see our team up close. They represented our program and state very well to say the least.

This Year’s Wonderful Team!

Things are always getting better!! Studio 2 - UH fixed the mauka vents!

We have an amazing team this year! Over the past two years we have had smaller teams and although we are still working with a modest operating budget we decided to start growing the size of the team again. This year we have 20 members, 11 males and 9 females. We have an exciting group of first year members from Hawai’i, Idaho, Colorado, Washington, California and as far away as Melburn - Australia! With 9 solid returners we have a great mix of positive energy and I’m very happy with how things have been moving along.

Reaching out to our community is what we end up enjoying the most! The team loves working with local youth and teens! These clinics give us an opportunity to help the young cheerleaders from Hawai’i become future UH Cheerleaders! This also gives us an opportunity to set a positive example of what cheerleading should be. This year former UH Cheerleader Kainoa Rudolfo has been setting up our clinics. We are blessed to have him as we are of course working through the athletic department and there are quite a few new steps to go through than in the past. We have already held one clinic and it was fun and exciting! Our next Keiki clinic is on October 25th. We have a College Prep Clinic on November 22nd and a Coed Stunt Clinic on December 20th. You can go to the Hawaiiathletics.com website and find us under the camps section!
