Sow in a propagator indoors or in a greenhouse Mar-May at approx. 18-21°C (65-70°F) using a good quality, finely sieved, moist compost. Cover the seeds with 3mm (1⁄8") sieved compost (Germination 7-21 days). Transplant resulting seedlings, spaced out 5cm (2") apart in trays and grow on in good light. Harden off the plants using a coldframe for instance, before planting out 30-38cm (12-15") apart. Alternatively sow outdoors, late April/early May in finely raked soil and thin the resulting seedlings to the above spacing.
HELPFUL HINT
Remove fading flower heads to prolong display. Quality Control: This seed has been carefully tested to ensure high germination. Prior to use, store in a dry cool place.
