FEES AND CHARGES AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 3973
A bylaw to amend the Fees and Charges Bylaw to establish service fees for controlled substance properties. The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows: Citation 1.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Fees and Charges Bylaw, 2015, No. 3892, Amendment Bylaw, 2017, No. 3973.”
Administration 2.
The "Fees and Charges Bylaw, 2006, No. 3540", be amended by inserting a new Schedule “L”, attached hereto as Attachment 1 and forming part of this Bylaw.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017. Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017.
