Attention youth football organizations! In keeping with a nine-year Wofford tradition, all youth football players, coaches and cheerleaders in uniform will be admitted free to the September 12, 2009 Wofford football game vs. Charleston Southern! This marks the first time ever that our youth football event will be held for a night game!
For players, coaches and cheerleaders in team uniform or jersey: Receive your complimentary ticket at the special TERRIERLAND ticket booth at Gibbs Stadium for admission For parents, siblings & friends accompanying the youth player or cheerleader: Purchase a discounted $10 ticket at the same TERRIERLAND booth. All tickets sold at this booth will receive a voucher good for a free hot dog chips and drink! Additional food vouchers may be purchased for $5.00 each. NOTE: Complimentary tickets do not receive the food voucher.
Register your team! Call 864-597-4110 or 597-4023 and register your team to be eligible for: • Special group seating section (ALL tickets must be picked up or purchased at TerrierLand! Preregistration only ensures your team and families sit together.) • Team/league name shown on scoreboard during 2nd Quarter. • Receive instructions on how to take the field pre-game to form the “tunnel” for the Terriers. • Opportunity to play an “exhibition game” during pre-game or halftime (see below). Special opportunities exist for REGISTERED teams to play pre-game and at the halftime. Sign-ups are based on date of call and age of team. Wofford will create the match-ups based on this information. Pre-game exhibitions are 8-minutes, halftime exhibitions are 10-minutes. All teams play at their own risk.
