Includes lunch&jersey Designed for girls entering Grade 9-12 for the 2016-17 academic year and want to take their game to the next level. On-ice will focus on skill development, position tactics, battle games, and high paced scrimmages. Off-ice will focus on strength and conditioning, mental toughness and NCAA recruiting.
