In consideration of the acceptance of this registration, I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in the 1st Annual Legacy Toyota Auto & Truck Show is voluntary and assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident to myself or my property, which may occur, during my participation in the Legacy Toyota 1st Annual Auto & Truck Show. I certify that I am physically fit, and have not been informed otherwise by any physician or other healthcare provider. I hereby release and hold harmless the sponsors, promoters, event partners and all other persons and entities associated with the event from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action as a result from injury or damage whether it is caused by myself, the event, or other participants. I give Legacy Toyota permission to use pictures of me or my vehicle in promotional material and other advertising to include, print, digital, social media, TV, radio or any other media. I also grant Legacy Toyota permission to contact me in regards to future promotions and events.
