1.Baked Fish a.Once thawed properly, season both sides of your fish with aromat and lime powder. Put in an oven tray. Pre-heat your oven to 330 F. b.Drizzle with Olive oil then cook in the oven for 10 - 15 min. Set aside once cook already. To make sauce, in a pan, heat oil and sautee onions until transluscent. Add in ground pepper and oyster sauce. Add in prepared Knorr Demi Glace Sauce and simmer for at least a minute. Turn off heat and mount with butter.
2.Mashed Potato a.In a small pot, bring your water to a boil. Combine now your milk and turn of the heat. Gradually incorporate your knorr mashed potato using a spatula. Season with aromat then continue turning until you achicve a nice smooth consistency then finish with butter. Set aside.
3.Cheese Sauce a.In a small pot, combine both ingredients then bring to a boil. Simmer for 2-3 min. Set aside.
4.Crumb Mixture a.In a stainless bowl, just combine everything. Set aside.
5.Assembly a.Brush the base/bottom of your dish with a thin film of butter. b.Place your mashed potato and distribute evenly. c.Place now your Baked fish on top of your mashed potato. d.Drizzle with a lot of honey-mustard dressing. e.Pour now your cheese sauce until it covers everything thinly. f.Next is scattering your crumb mixture. g.Again, drizzle with your honey-mustard dressing and finish everything in the oven or salamander to achieve a nice gratination on top.
