No charge for baseline testing Ages 10+ only (or Date of Birth prior to October 1, 2006) Available to youth sports participants in Wake and surrounding counties Baseline ImPACT test will be administered by a certified athletic trainer and checked for validity prior to you leaving the office • Only CFPSM / Carolina Sports Concussion Clinic will have access to baseline data
