Casual Dress We encourage individuality. We don’t have a dress code, but we do promote a balance between comfort and professionalism (save those belly tops for the weekend, gentlemen).
Wellness In addition to our full benefits package, OrangeLife – our company wellness program –organizes events, activities and initiatives to keep us all healthy and happy.
Flexible Schedule We protect your time and work to ensure that no one feels overworked. With core office hours, you can adjust start and end times, work from home, and bank overtime.
Snacks and Refreshments Our snack and refreshment cart makes the rounds every other Friday. We also keep a stocked beer fridge and free Starbucks coffee for meetings that require a pick-me-up.
The Gong How many offices have a gong? This one does and we use it when things are worth celebrating. It’s pretty big.
