Customizations Each package is customizable. To enhance your experience, the following are available to add onto your package. All Extras must be solidified two weeks prior to your arrival date. All items are based on availability. Set-up of chairs and tables and/or ceremony chairs. Final layout and exact chair count must be submitted two weeks prior to arrival date. Table and chair setup to be completed prior to check-in for the first component. Ceremony chair set-up will be completed no later than 3 hours before the ceremony. Any modifications to original layout are guest responsibility to set up, and you will have access to the chair/table storage areas. Prices per event component (e.g., rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, brunch) o 1-100 chairs: $100 o 101-200 chairs: $200 o 201-300 chairs: $300 Take down of chairs and tables. Venue staff will complete after check-out or before day-after brunch. This addition must be added onto the package a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival. o 1-100 attendees: $75 o 101-200 attendees: $175 o 201-300 attendees: $250 Take down of outdoor chairs. Venue staff are allowed to begin chair tear down one hour after ceremony commences. Any alterations must be approved, in writing, by Blue Vista a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival. This addition must be added onto the package a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival. o 1-100 chairs: $50 o 101-200 chairs: $125 o 201-300 chairs: $200 Additional consultation time- consultation time = how best to use BV spaces and accessories (not wedding planning- bring your wedding planner!) $75/hour Need more lodging?
