At the new Brighton Nissan we want to create an experience that’s worthy of the cars we sell. We want to give you the best information, awesome deals and post-purchase service that will blow your socks off. But as they say ‘talk is cheap’, and we know that in order to be the best, we have to do more than make the pledge. That’s why we’ve been making a whole bunch of changes across the business to improve our customers’ experiences – from training new staff to improving our customer service processes. This blog is also a part of our drive to make Brighton Nissan great. Spurred on by the conversations we have with people who visit our dealership every day, we decided that we needed a new space to share advice, ideas and news on all things Nissan (and beyond).
