Kiwanis Brighton is for people of all ages. Our common purpose is to improve the quality of life for children and families locally and around the world in a relaxed atmosphere of fun and friendship.

We meet for dinner on the 4th Wednesday each month. Meetings are well structured with interesting and educational guest speakers.

The individual clubs make up the organization called “Kiwanis International.” The KI office supports the Kiwanis clubs around the world. Membership Requirements Potential members are encouraged to attend some meetings on a “no obligation” basis prior to submitting a membership application. All new members must produce a National Police Certificate and are required to hold a “Working With Children” card if they wish to be involved in projects at which children may be present. All members are governed by the Kiwanis Australia “Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct” which ensures that the highest standards of integrity are maintained at all times. New members pay a small “one off” joining fee. All members pay annual dues of around $130.
