BRISK Camping Trip 2015 Info Departure: Friday, April 24th @ 5:15pm *Please meet at the New Providence Church of God main church building promptly by 5:00pm so that we can leave by 5:15
Return: Sunday, April 26th @ 3:00pm *This could be earlier depending on how soon we get packed up and ready to go. We will have your children contact you if anything changes.
What will we be doing? We will be staying in a private, secure campground in cabins (not tents). We have opportunities to go hiking, fishing, geocacheing, play group games, have campfires, and other activities. All meals will be provided for the weekend by the youth staff. Cabins have beds available but you will need your own sleeping bag/pillow/bedding. All cabins are near in proximity and are supervised closely. Please adhere to the rules of the weekend and DO NOT BRING the items listed in the right column of this sheet. We want to have a fun, safe weekend and following these rules will help to make sure that happens. We are excited to have you join us for a great trip!
What TO Bring Warm clothes (nights will get chilly) Comfortable shoes for hiking/sports Sleeping bag/Pillow Toiletries (Showers are available) Towel (for showering) Bug Spray Sunscreen Flashlight Snacks Fishing rod/gear (optional) What NOT to Bring Firecrackers/explosives Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, hatchets, etc.) Money/valuables Electronics (cell phones will be permitted for emergency reasons only) Drugs/Alcohol
