All athletes involved in sports are expected to train and condition during the off season. Each head coach is in charge of his or her out-of-season conditioning program. Cody Johnson, certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, provides instruction for our athletes.

17 IHSAA Mental Attitude Awards Seventeen athletes have brought honor to themselves, their families, and Cathedral High School by being named recipients of the IHSAA Mental Attitude Award in the following sports: football, girls volleyball, girls track, girls soccer, baseball, and boys basketball. In addition to success in their sport, this award recognizes athletes for academics, co-curricular activities, and community service.
