God’s purpose for Aspen Grove is to grow followers of Jesus Christ. Our desire is for each of our children to grow in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and all people (Luke 2:52). Each week our children are challenged to grow through engaging Bible lessons and meaningful kidfriendly worship in a safe and encouraging environment. Combined with the love and instructions you give as parents we pray that Jesus will COME ALIVE in the life of your child.
9am - Bible class *Nursery (0-23 mo.) checkin at the ORANGE desk *2yr - 5th Grade check-in at the “Park.” *K-5th pick up kids at 9:45 for worship. 10am - Worship *Nursery (0-23 mo.) checkin at the ORANGE desk *2yr - PreK check-in at the ORANGE desk *K-5th kids begin worship with parents then will be dismissed to kids praise.
11:15am - PICK UP *Nursery - 2yr. at ORANGE desk.

first look 2 - Pre - K When was the first time you thought of God, or knew that God loved you? What if you found out about God so early in life that you never lived a day without believing that He really loves you. That’s the mission of our first look ministry, for children birth to age 4. First look seeks for every child by the time they are 5 years old to know three basic truths: that God made me, God loves me and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. To see how you, as a parent, can engage your child in these important ideas see the “parent” section of this flyer.
K - 5th grade Most kids form their entire idea of who God is and choose whether or not they’ll have a relationship with Him before leaving 5th grade. So for us, there are 3 core truths we want every child to know by the time they leave 5th grade: I need to make the wise choice (wisdom), I can trust God no matter what (faith), and I should treat others the way I want to be treated (friendship). How can we do that? By showing kids: that the Bible is the source of wisdom and truth, how what they learn applies to their daily lives, and that their relationships matter.
Orange is what happens when you combine yellow & red. When you combine the light of the church with the love of the family, you have a powerful strategy for children to discover who God is, see themselves the way God sees them and love others the way God does. To do so, each week parents will be provided a “PARENT CUE.” Each “PARENT CUE” will include memory verses, Bible stories, meal time and drive time questions, as well as activities for you to do with your kids based on what your child learned in church each week. In addition, we will also offer special worship events for parents and kids together. We believe that parents are the primary spiritual
influence/guide in their children’s lives. Orange is a strategy designed to
