V iew ing the m assive south-facing Bubbs C reek W all, one will see tw o obvious continuous crack system s on the right (east) side o f the face. The left crack w as clim bed by Fred B eckey and party in 1974. In July 1983, Bill M cC onachie and I clim bed the classic right line, finding the first eight pitches m oderate but sustained (5 .7 -5 .8 ). The last pitch ( 5 .1 0 + ) ends at an extrem ely dirty off-w idth co m er 200 feet below the top. W e did not clim b to the very top but rappelled the route. D
