Located at the coastline of the gulf, the project is the first phase of a two-phase development with a signature tower with five-star hotel and office space above three levels of retail. There are three garden courts, the first of which is at the ground level adjacent to a tea pavilion and retail and features a water garden with water runnels, pools and fountains with a bosque of flame trees. The second court on the second level creates a cafe terrace with a reflecting pool, vertical wall of greenery and a bosque of orange trees. The third court is divided into a main hotel outdoor terrace with a reflecting pool, fountain, palm allée and a restaurant terrace with a bosque of lemon trees.
