In addition, Buyer and Avenue 3 Real Estate, LLC wish to make clear that any poftion of the fee to be paid by the Seller to Avenue 3 Real Estate, LLC is included in the price being offered in the "Offer to Purchase/Purchase and Sale Agreement", to which this Addendum is attached and is intended to be paid from the proceeds of the transaction.
