Campus Decorating Registration 2014
2014 Homecoming Campus Decorating Contest Purpose: To promote awareness of Homecoming Week, to encourage creativity, and to encourage school spirit, community, and engagement. Criteria: Best Use of Theme – HOWL@125 Show Creativity Quality of Decorations Interaction/Involvement with our Community Fabulous Prizes: Great prizes for each place winner! Every department that enters will receive a 2014 Commemorative Homecoming Poster. Dates to Remember: September 15th - 19th – 125 disc (poster) available for pick up at Hodgin Hall. Please inquire at the reception desk. Registration forms due: 9/19/14 (please send to Lisa Lindquist-see info below). September 19th- Film URL must be submitted no later than noon to [email protected] to be considered for the contest. Film must be done using basic phone camera function and hosted via YouTube. September 24th – Deliver your decorated Poster to the Student Union Ballroom by 10:30 am to be considered for judging by People’s Choice during the Alumni Faculty/Staff Luncheon. Please provide your own easel for display. (Each department will receive one ticket to attend this event.)
