Dear Year 11 parent/carer, To decide the venue for our prom we have looked at the votes from the survey we conducted and chose the venue with the majority vote. The results confirm that our prom will be held at Cranage Hall, Byley Lane, Cranage, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, http://www.cranagehallholmeschapel.co.uk/ on Friday 12th June 2015. The cost will be £35 covering a three course meal with a choice of two options including vegetarian and use of a bar to buy soft drinks. If you wish for your child to attend the prom, payment in full must be made via ParentPay before the 13th of February 2015. You may pay for the prom in instalments between now and 13th February 2015. If you need assistance with ParentPay, please contact the Finance Office. Admittance to the prom will be dependent upon the following criteria: Attendance – Above 97%. Consideration will be given for illness or other genuine reasons. Behaviour – Complete adherence to our College behaviour policies (which can be found on our website) until the end of the year. Any instances of poor behaviour being reported will jeopardise the receipt of an invitation. Punctuality – Punctuality to lessons is essential in the lead up to exam season. As a result if your son/daughter is consistently late for registration and subsequent lessons throughout the day, then an invitation to the prom will be withdrawn.
