1st November 2016 Ref: Parents/Year 5&6 Cinema Trip Dear Parents/Carers, Year 5 and 6 will be going on an exciting trip to the cinema as a reward for their hard work last term. They will be visiting VUE cinema on Wednesday 16th November to watch The Jungle Book in 3D, which is classified as a PG. We will be leaving school at 9am to catch the bus into Reading and returning to school at 12pm. The cinema tickets are provided by school, but we do ask for a voluntary contribution from parents of £2.50 to cover the return bus fare. Please make sure that your child has with them a suitable waterproof coat and sensible shoes as they will be walking to and from the bus stop and cinema. As Year 5 have swimming, please send your child with a packed lunch, or, if your child receives Free School Meals and you would like a packed lunch provided please tick the box below. Please complete the permission form below and return to your child’s teacher by Friday 11th November 2015.
