Monday, June 11 - Tuesday, June 12 Youth will leave CAC Monday evening at 6:00 PM. Eat before you come! $85 covers your transportation, lodging at Breaker's Express Hotel just outside the park entrance, and your ticket to the park on Friday. You will need money for your meals. Breakfast is at McDonald's Tuesday morning before entering the park. Lunch is in the park and dinner is at a rest stop on the way home. The group typically leaves the park at 5:00 PM to arrive home approx. 9:00 PM. Register online by May 11th at www.butlercac.org /events/youth-events .

I hereby consent to emergency medical treatment deemed necessary in the unlikely event of an accident during my child's involvement with the Cedar Point trip. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission for any treatment deemed necessary by the licensed physician selected by the youth leader of my child's church. I also release The Christian & Missionary Alliance staff from liability resulting from any accident.
