REVOKING PORTION OF ALLEY IN SQUARE IO, VILLAGE OF FOLSOM RECITALS,
Ms. Marlene Seal is the owner ofLots l, 2 and 3 and Lots 8, 9 and lO ofSquare lO, Village of FoIsom, Which lots are separated by a public alley measuring twenty feet (20.0’) in width. Ms・ Marlene Seal has made a written request for revocation of that portion of
the alley contiguous with Lots l’2 and 3 and Lots 8, 9 and lO ofSquare lO・
In accordance with a duly adopted ordinance of the Village of FoIsom, a・ the Board of Aldermen has considered the written request for revocation of a
POrtion of the a11ey bisecting Square lO following the recommendation of the FoIsom Planning and Zoning Commission, b・ the Board of Aldermen has determined that the portion of the a皿ey lS nO
Ionger needed for a public purpose,
C. the location and dimensions of the portion of the a11ey have been properly identified by survey,
d. the value of the land comprising the portion of the a11ey has been properly V粗ued,
e. the Village of FoIsom has been reimbursed for a11 publications fees for public notices associated with the revocation procedure,
f. the contiguous property owner acquiring the subject property by reversion has paid consideration according to the value of the land acquired.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the Village of FoIsom, State of Louisiana that the dedication of the following described portion of the twenty foot (20・0’) alley running approximately north and south and bisecting Square lO, Village
Of FoIsom, be and the same is hereby revoked and said a11ey is declared permanently
dosed, abandoned and no longer needed for public purposes. That portion of the twenty foot (20.0’) a11ey bisecting Square lO and lo-
Cated between Lots l, 2 and 3 and Lots 8, 9 and lO ofSquare lO, Village Of FoIsom, Which portion measures 3600 square feet・
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance sha11 take effect on and after its promulgation.
