REVOKING A PORTION OF ST. CLAUDE STREET ⅥLLAGE OF FOLSOM:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the Village of FoIsom, State of Louisiana that the dedication of血e public street indicated below be and the same is
hereby revoked and sa王d street is declared permanen旦y cIosed, abandoned and no
Ionger needed for public purposes: The weste皿ost forty six feet (46’) of St・ Claude Street lying between the
SOuthernmost right-OfLway line of Broadway Street and the northemmost hght-Of-Way line of Garfield Street・
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the Village of FoIsom, State of Louisiana that the dedication of the twenty (20.0’) a11ey running north and south and
bisecting Square 31, Village of FoIsom, be and the same is hereby revoked and said a11ey is declared permanently closed, abandoned and no Ionger needed for public purPOSeS・
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance sha11 take e鱒もct on and a丑er
its promulgation.
