Charcoal Drawing Grade 7 Success Criteria: Create a drawing using charcoal that describes an emotion. Your drawing can be representational or non-representational. Use a small area of chalk pastel to create emphasis, enhancing the emotion your drawing represents. Before you begin your product, create a plan to generate visual and written ideas. You will share your plan with me during conferencing before beginning your product (due the next time you have art class). Your product should include your drawing and a typed response explaining what your art represents, what your area of emphasis is, and how you achieved it (one paragraph). You will have 3 - 4 periods to complete your work. Level 1
