Chateau Hexagon Kit Sheet
Chateau Hexagon Summer Holiday and Bread & Butter Fabrics Chateau Hexagon is a delightful design based on the lovely Chateau de Bessey in France where Lynette‛s friend and quilt shop owner Françoise and her husband Philippe live. Each block within this sweet quilt which finishes at approx. 26” x 37” has a scene from the Chateau‛s gardens. Techniques include stitchery, simple piecing, english paper piecing which combined with the lovely etched raw wood buttons make this quilt an heirloom of the future.
You will need to add:
Backing fabric Batting Stranded embroidery thread. I used Cosmo #385, #574, #653, #763, #895, #924, #925, #364 & #982 12” of ½” cotton lace 14” of ¾” Ric Rac 106 x Precut water soluble or paper 1/2” hexagons
