CITY OF BUDA 2014 BOND PROGRAM UPDATE Proposition 1 – City Hall/Library Proposition 2 – Public Safety Building Heritage Tree Relocation
Project Update • • •
Proposition 1 & 2 – Site Development As of week June 12, 2017 Work in Progress: • 1. Underground Utilities: 90% Complete – • Power: Transformer has been set and PEC has run connection to the transformer. Tie in to each building is pending. • Drainage: 100% complete. • Domestic Water and Sanitary Sewer: 100% complete. • Fire Systems : Site Fire Hydrants 100% installed and active. •
2. Drainage Channel: Stone walls are approximately 75% complete. East headwall and wing walls of the culverts is formed and scheduled for pour this week. Bed of channel and final grading to be complete in next 3 weeks.

3. Parking lots: Curb and gutters have been laid out for the PSB, dumpster pad and turn around have been poured 100% complete, main drive has been formed and 65% complete.

4. Landscaping: Final grade and start of landscaping pending.

5. Heritage Tree: Weekly feeding and watering of the tree is ongoing. Tree has gone through a normal shock period for the transplant. Has been treated for insects. According to the Arborist, the tree is progressing and re-establishing as expected. Latest report received June 13, 2017.

Project Update • Proposition 1 - City Hall / Library: • As of week June 12, 2017 • Work Completed to date: • 1. Structural Steel: 100% Erected and in place for areas A,B, & C. Roof deck installation is
100% complete over Area C – City Hall and 65% over Area B – Public Space and Area A – Library. • 2. Interior and Exterior Wall Framing: Exterior wall framing is 60% complete on Area C –
Lower Level. 2nd floor exterior wall framing and interior wall layout start this week. Interior wall layout for lower area of Area C is 80% complete. Area A and B to start next week. • 3. OH MEP Rough-in: Installation of the OH MEP has started in Area C (City Hall) - first floor
and is approximately 15% complete. • 4. Polished Concrete: Pour of the finish concrete for area B (Public Space) approximately 35%
complete. Area C installed, steps and ramp formed. Installation of reinforcement steel for Area B has started. Pour for this area scheduled this week.

is in progress. Metal roof portion scheduled this week. • 2. Interior and Exterior Wall Framing: Exterior wall framing is complete, exterior sheathing is in
place and waterproofing applied. Exterior wall finishes scheduled to start installation this week. Interior wall framing complete. In wall MEP 75% complete. • 3. OH MEP Rough-in: OH MEP rough in 90% complete. • 4. Polished Concrete: Complete. First pass of grinding complete – final grinding and polishing
scheduled after drywall installation. • 5. Fire Protection System: All OH rough in is installed, riser in place and complete.
