Alarm goes off and they hit snooze 3 times. When they do end up getting out of bed late, they look bleary eyed and tired (have clearly not taken yesterday’s make up off before bed). They drag themselves to the bathroom and then try on multiple outfits before settling on one. Already late, they rush out the door without eating breakfast, and grab an egg and bacon roll on the way into the office.

They wake up naturally and get out of bed before the alarm. They look well rested and their skin is clear and radiant without make up. They do some yoga and go for a walk before getting ready for work and slipping into the outfit they’d selected the night before. With time to spare, they make and enjoy a smoothie packed with wholesome organic foods, and then collect their lunch from the fridge (which they’d prepared last night) before heading out the door in plenty of time.

At work, they get emails from potential client confused about the services they offer (or worse, no emails at all!) They don’t promote a website to potential clients. They apologise to contacts and clients about the state of their current website. They spend time trawling YouTube looking for free tutorials to teach them how to create websites, and spend hours trying to figure out how to programme their site. Other important business building tasks and time with family suffers.

They increase their fees, and proudly promote their website to potential clients and partners. Potential clients clearly understand how they can help. They experience more traffic and interest in their services. They attract more potential clients. They spend time focusing on promotion and delivering services, instead of trying to figure out clunky work-arounds. They have a clear process for uploading blog posts and backing up.
