Attorneys attending the conference and selecting the CLE credit option are eligible to receive up to 5.25 hours of CLE credits, including 1 hour of legal ethics and 1 hour of elimination of bias. Attorneys wishing to receive CLE credit for attendance must: 1. Register online at h ttps://register.socallinuxexpo.org/reg6/ 2. Sign in with name and bar number at the registration table. 3. Collect a certificate of completion before leaving the event (certificates will be distributed at the end of the event, not at the networking event). 4. Report the credit to the State Bar of California using the online “My State Bar Profile” feature ( https://www.calbar.ca.gov/Attorneys/MyStateBarProfile.aspx ) prior to their group compliance deadline. ○ NOTE: The compliance deadline for attorneys in Group 2: HM is 2/1/2018. This event provides a method for attorneys in this group to obtain 5.25 hours of credit prior to the deadline. ○ Attorneys in other groups are encouraged to attend. MCLE credit can be reported towards the 1/31/19 deadline (Group 1: AG). Please note that even
though the California Bar Association extended the deadline for the Group 3 (NZ), the deadline is March 1, 2017. As a result, this course will not allow you to comply with the due date for 2017. ● Although it is not required, we encourage attendees to submit feedback about the event, in order to help us improve.
