Coconut Energy Balls Ingredients • 1 cup quick cook oats • ½ cup peanut or other nut butter • 1/3 cup honey • 1 cup coconut flakes • ½ cup ground flaxseed • 1 tsp vanilla • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips • ½ cup craisins Sauce Making it • Mix all ingredients thoroughly • Roll into golf ball sized pieces • Refrigerate or place in a ziplock bag and freeze
