COLD STORAGE DELIVERY PROGRAM GUEST:_________
1. You must be over 21 years of age to deposit and later receive Heineken beer through the Heineken Cold Storage Delivery Service. Proof of age will be required with valid government issued ID at the time of delivery. 2. Only Heineken brands can be chilled in Heineken Cold Storage. Only cases deposited into Cold Storage are available for the Cold Storage Delivery System. 3. There is no charge to use the Heineken Cold Storage Delivery System. 4. Users may only deposit a maximum of 2 cases of Heineken beer in the Heineken Cold Storage per festival weekend. 5. Only unopened cans will be stored. 6. Cold Storage Delivery Operating hours are: Thursday 3pm-‐7pm and all orders must be received by 6pm, Friday-‐ Sunday 12pm-‐7pm with all orders received by 6pm 7. Users must create a Heineken Cold Storage account that tracks the quantity of Heineken product belonging to that person in Heineken Cold Storage at any time of operation. 8. Beer can only be deposited by the user's fingerprint. Beer can only be delivered to the registered user upon request of the registered user. 9. To activate delivery service verified Cold Storage participants must text Cold Storage to a number that will be provided upon check-‐in to request their beer. Order minimum is 3 beers per order. Registered user will be required to text back full name, parking lane & space information with order quantity and specific brand of requested product 10. For Beer to be exchanged from Delivery staff, the User will need to present their VALID photo ID for inspection each time they want to receive product. Product will not be exchanged if User does not have a valid Photo ID available for inspection. 11. To create an account, user will be asked for Authorized Name, Phone Number, parking lane and any helpful information to finding their space and sign acknowledgment of the "Cold Storage Delivery Rules" for receiving product and acceptance of the terms and conditions. Users will need to place a Delivery sign in a visible and safe place within their camp site to aid in delivery of product. 12. Users will be limited to 2 cases of Heineken per person. 13. After 12 noon on each Monday after the festival, Heineken Cold Storage will be closed. Heineken beer must be collected before noon on Monday. All uncollected Heineken beer will be disposed of with no opportunity for refund or return. On Monday at 1PM following the festival (in accordance with Clause 6 Opening hours) all accounts and user information will be deleted even if these accounts still contain Heineken and will be permanently erased after this time. 14. Management reserves the right of refusal. Visibly intoxicated users, in the reasonable judgment of management, will not be allowed to deposit or retrieve their beer. 15. Heineken USA reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer in whole or in part at any given time. 16. Users are solely responsible for consuming any alcohol in a responsible manner, including any Heineken beer stored in Heineken Cold Storage. 17. Heineken USA, Goldenvoice LLC, AEG Live LLC, Empire Polo Club Inc., and the Coachella Music Festival, LLC, and their respective employees, officers, directors, or agents are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss of property in Heineken Cold Storage. 18. I agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors and administrators and assignees to release and hold harmless Heineken USA, Goldenvoice LLC, AEG Live LLC, Empire Polo Club Inc., and the Coachella Music Festival, LLC, and their respective employees, officers, directors, or agents associated with the management of Heineken Cold Storage (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, whether in law or in equity, damages, causes of action and costs, including but not limited to claims for personal injuries, disability or death resulting from my use of Heineken Cold Storage. In addition, I covenant and agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees not to sue the Released Parties for any injury, claim or damage, including claims for personal injuries or death related to my use of Heineken Cold Storage. 19. By availing of the Heineken Cold Storage rules and regulations and creating an account, you acknowledge you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Users that fail to adhere to these terms and conditions shall not be permitted to create an account. A record of your acceptance will be maintained by Heineken USA.

21. User information stored for Heineken Cold Storage will be used exclusively for the storage of your Heineken beer and will not be used for later communication or resale of information. 22. COLD STORAGE DELIVERY PARTICIPATION RULES 1. I acknowledge that I will not allow or encourage any other person to access my Beer deposited at Cold Storage on my behalf. 2. I understand and acknowledge that I will need to have my Photo ID that I used to register my product available for inspection before product will be provided by delivery personnel. 3. I acknowledge and understand that if I am noticeably incoherent, belligerent, unruly or in any other way displaying behavior that is out of line with accepting product, the Delivery personnel will not deliver product and will return my inventory to Cold Storage. 4. I acknowledge that should my behavior prevent the Cold Storage Delivery personnel from delivering my product, I will be removed from the delivery program. I understand that I will need to go to Cold Storage from that point forward to retrieve my Beer. 5. I acknowledge that this service is a courtesy being extended to me and if my behavior prevents my product from being delivered, I will not verbally, physically or in anyway attempt to aggressively interact with the Delivery personnel. 6. I acknowledge that Cold Storage Staff will make absolute best efforts to deliver my product, but if product is unable to be delivered, due to demand, mechanical issues, time constraints or otherwise, that I will be contacted by Cold Storage staff and understand that I will need to collect my Beer from Cold Storage. 7. Hours for Cold Storage Delivery program: Thursday: Orders taken from 2p -‐ 6p Deliveries made from 3p -‐ 7p Friday -‐ Sunday: Orders taken from 11a -‐ 6p Deliveries made from noon -‐ 7p 8. In consideration of exact space numbers not being assigned, I will keep my Cold Storage Delivery number sign displayed in my vehicle window or in a secured location where delivery personnel has the best chance to identify my camping location.
