Peer to Peer and Iris Connect Update NWEA Map Test Winter Data January PD Day Feedback March PD Day Assessment Due Dates Apple Grant- How does our task force fit into this grant? Heather Housh and Carrie Hudson will be representatives from the task force. Other Business?
DISCUSSION NOTES
Peer to Peer and Iris Connect Update - Carrie K. assigned teachers a partner for peer-to-peer observations to make sure all teachers had someone to observe and to allow for one-on-one conversations at the end of the quarter. - Some trouble shooting has been needed for the Iris Connect Systems (mic/swivel not working)
NWEA Map Test Winter Data - Data has not been compiled due to some students still needing to test
January PD Day Feedback - Reviewed feedback from teacher forms - Teachers need more time - Teachers liked the Vertical Team Time - Teachers would like more training on Assessments (online/computerized) - one hurdle being…incorporating the different question types Georgetown Exempted Village Schools

March PD Day - How will Stan, Kathy and Casey fit into our PD day? Do they need a schedule? - Keep the Vertical Teams similar to last PD day – Possibly share out formative assessment practices and how they are used and feedback given to students. - Sessions - Mastery connect, Edcite, Edulastic, Formative Assessment, Blackboard, 365 - Carrie K. will create an electronic survey to send out for teachers to be completed by February 15. This will determine what teachers would like training in the above areas so that sessions can be determined. - Sub committee will meet of February 22 prior to Apple Grant meeting.
Assessment Due Dates - March 24th, One Summative Unit Assessment is Due from 3rd Quarter Units.
~ Voiceover on ipads and iphones can be used to have read aloud when testing students and within the classroom.
NEXT STEPS Create Teacher Survey. Finalize plans for March PD Day. NWEA Map Testing Data
