Register Today! When & Where: 1:30-6:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 31 Disciples Center at Tawakoni Between Andover and Augusta To find the camp from Wichita: drive east on Hwy 54/400, four miles past Andover Road to Tawakoni Road. Turn left/north on Tawakoni Road. The camp entrance is 1.5 miles north.

A pot luck dinner will begin at 5 p.m. The district will provide chicken and drinks and Arkansas City Central Christian Church will provide grilled corn on the cob. Each family is asked to bring a side dish.

Dr. Mark Johnston

Executive Director of the Open & Affirming Ministry program at the GLAD Alliance

Mark Johnston is an ordained Disciples minister with a Ph.D. in Pastoral Psychology. Before accepting the call to the Open & Affirming Ministry program, he worked as a therapist with LGBT clients and their families for over 25 years. He is an avid sailor, cyclist, and scuba diver, and wannabe linguist.
