SERMON NOTES “ A Better Eternity”
Luke 5:17-26
11th at 11:30AM. We will have a spring luncheon with sandwiches and chips provided. Everyone is asked to bring your favorite salad and/or desert to share. The program will be presented by the Taylorville Shadow House. Everyone who is 55 or over is invited to join.
If you have an immediate family member who is graduating high school or college, please submit the following information to the church office by May 1st: Your name Graudate’s name School attented Degree earned (if applicable) Future plans Thursday, May 3rd, is The National Day of Prayer. The theme this year is “Pray for America/Unity.” The prayer breakfast will be held at 7AM at TCC, immediately followed by a concert of prayer. Designated people will lift up prayer for government, family, education, business, media, military, and the church. Please notify Sandy Gibson or the church office if you will be attending. There is a suggested donation of $3.00. There will be no evening NDP service in Taylorville this year. On Sunday, May 13th at 10:30AM we will be having a special time of celebration with Parent/Child Dedication Day. If you have children from infant to 2 years old and would like more information, please leave your contact information on the sign up sheet in the foyer.
