3) Describe what constituted a typical dinner in your household growing up. What types of food did your family eat and did you all make it a habit to sit together around the dinner table on a nightly basis? If not, how often did you eat together?
4) Jamie Oliver says, “We all know that balance is key, but what does it mean?” Which meal do you find yourself to be most out of balance and why?
5) Are you willing to commit the required time and energy to fully participate in and complete all nine classes? What barriers do you see in doing so? How will you overcome those barriers?
