Different Cooking Methods It seems like the information is always about what to eat, but not necessary how to prepare it. Buying the right foods is useless if one does not know how to cook them. Consider these options for basic cooking methods. . .

Grilling While college life may not be conducive to cooking on a full-size grill, a small George Foreman Grill will work just fine. Try grilling:  Meat  Fish  Asparagus or bell peppers  Quesadillas  Panini

Roasting Using the oven has become an underrated cooking method. Simply putting a meal on a baking sheet and setting it in the oven or toaster oven can create a flavorful, crisp meal. Try roasting:  Butternut squash  Chicken  Potatoes  Cauliflower

Crockpot With a busy workload, convenience is key for cooking methods. With crockpot recipes, meals can be assembled in the morning and be ready to eat at dinner time without any babysitting. Try putting these in the crockpot:    

Chicken and potatoes Dried beans Rolled oats Soups or chili
