Our Time Here It was the location and size of the property that first drew us here. It’s is a very attractive house and is very spacious with off road parking for three cars. We knew it would be a great family home. We love spending time on the first floor of the house, as it is a great place for entertaining, especially when the weather is good. The French windows can be open and people can spread out into the garden. It is a great advantage having the downstairs kitchen. The wood burner, when lit in the winter, makes the whole house very cosy and creates a homely atmosphere. We have had some really fun parties in the house over the years, both for the children and our friends and family. The local community is quite diverse and most people are very friendly. The local schools, Doctor’s, Dentist's, the beach and shops are all within walking distance. It's a great advantage not having to drive everywhere. We love visiting the local park, King's North Gardens, and the beach. We also like to go and buy freshly caught fish at the harbour. We will miss having so much space and being in such a convenient location.
