Program design: All of our programs at Lacrosse Evolution are designed and evolved from the Top division 1-‐3 programs, Major League Lacrosse, National Lacrosse League and there Scouting, Practice, Game plans & Strength programs. From the actual Players, Coaches, and Strength Coach’s that compete in the spring, summer & winter leagues. “MLL players evolve the game through Individual moves and college coaches evolve the game schematically”. -‐Tom Slate, Boston Cannons, MLL & Team Philadelphia Advisor & Coach Sample Training agenda items: We take pride in developing players not only prior to the season, but in the off-‐season & during the season.
