Criteria for Nominee Eligibility 1. Member and/or Sponsor of CoreNet Global for at least three continuous years. 2. Actively engaged member and/or sponsor over the previous 12 months (examples of engagement may include but are not limited to: volunteered at 2 or more community outreach events, attended 6 or more monthly chapter programs, contributed to the content of a chapter program/event, committee member).
Criteria for Selection of Winner 1. The nominee provided outstanding volunteer leadership that significantly contributed to the community, our Chapter and CoreNet Global. (40 points) 2. The nominee demonstrated exceptional qualities during the year, which could include outstanding service at a particular community outreach event, leadership in an initiative/project, or teaching/mentorship activities. (30 points) 3. The nominee sustained a long-term commitment to a particular volunteer role with CoreNet Global that is worthy of recognition. (30 points)

Recognition of Winners ❖ Winners will be announced at the First Annual Midwest Chapter Awards Ceremony, British Arrow
Awards Screening and Cocktail Reception, which will be held on December 11, 2017 at the Walker Art Center (725 Vineland Pl, Minneapolis, MN 55403).
Submission Guidelines Please ensure that your submission below is complete. ❖ The Award is aimed at acknowledging the achievements of the nominee within the past year.
Submissions should only highlight accomplishments achieved during this timeframe. ❖ Nominees are encouraged to:
➢ Provide balanced responses to each section ➢ Ensure nominations are supported by clear and concise evidence of the nominees’ achievements and inputs provided from a diverse audience of peers to ensure all achievements are noted, if relevant to the submission. Remember the nominations will be reviewed by senior members of the corporate real estate profession and the quality of nomination should reflect this.
