[email protected] FUNCTION AND SPECIALIZATION Mr. McClennan is the Chief Financial Officer of Crop Pro Insurance Services (CPIS). He is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the Company, including reporting, financial planning, and operations.

Prior to his role of CFO at Crop Pro Insurance Services, Mr. McClennan served as EVP-CFO for Crop Pro Insurance LLC from 2012 - 2015, where he was actively involved in all facets of company operations including Federal Crop Insurance program compliance and audits. From 2011 - 2012, Mr. McClennan served as Consultant and CFO for International Ag Insurance Service. During the years of 2003 2010, Mr. McClennan held the role of CFO at Crop1 Insurance Direct. In 2006, he assisted in the sale of Crop1 to Farm Bureau. Prior to joining Crop1, Mr. McClennan was the CFO of Ag1.com, where he negotiated $143 million in financing for Ag1 customers, developed a crop insurance super agency that grew into one of Iowa's largest independent agencies, and created a sequel-based system incorporating sales, accounting, and e-commerce. In the early part of 2000, he facilitated the merger of Ag1 with Data Transmission Network (DTN). From 1992 - 2000, Mr. McClennan was CFO and President for Uncle B's Bakery, directing an IPO and plant expansion financing. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. McClennan was Vice President and CFO for Rueben/ Prepared Foods, Inc., a subsidiary of International Multi-Foods. From 1985 - 1987, Mr. McClennan was Vice President of Finance, CFO, and Corporate Secretary for Wilton Enterprises, Inc. Prior to that time, Mr. McClennan spent seventeen years with Tenneco, Inc.; the last three years of which he was Senior Vice President of Finance of the Automotive Group.
