El Paso Streetcar Project Vehicle Procurement Requested Board Action Items 1) Motion to authorize the issuance of a Notice of Intent to Award to Brookville Equipment Company pursuant to the Request for Proposals for Rail Vehicle Procurement for the El Paso Streetcar Project issued by the CRRMA on February 17, 2015; and 2) Motion to authorize the Executive Director to finalize and execute an agreement with Brookville Equipment Company for the remanufacture of the City’s PCC streetcar vehicles in an amount not to exceed $19,000,000.

El Paso Streetcar Project Infrastructure Procurement Requested Board Action Items 1) Motion to select the Paso del Norte Trackworks joint venture as the Best Value Proposer in response to the Request for Proposals for Construction of the Infrastructure Component of the El Paso Streetcar Project issued by the CRRMA on July 31, 2015; and 2) Motion to authorize the Executive Director to finalize and execute an agreement with the Paso del Norte Trackworks joint venture for the construction of the infrastructure component of the El Paso Streetcar Project in an amount not to exceed $64,174,174.
