Capture your requirements Devise a project plan and methodology Construct an online survey Tailor an engagement plan to our boroughwide supporter network • Encourage respondents to forward the survey to other likeminded individuals in their area • Consolidate findings on a weekly basis to build up a data set over a specific time period • When specific streets/areas show high demand, send out a follow up e-mail asking for more in depth information about where the Bikehangars should be placed.
