RESOLUTION #2017- W^ MOTOR VEHICLES BUDGET
Budget Adjustment Authorization WHEREAS, Motor Vehicles has overspent its "A" budget in the amount of $5,700 and, WHEREAS, Motor Vehicles has overspent its "B" and "C" budgets in the amount of $1,000 and,
WHEREAS, I.e. 31-1605 authorizes budget adjustments for the receipt of unscheduled revenue provided there is no increase in anticipated property taxes, and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $6,700 have been identified in 01261-6750 (Motor Vehicle - Sandpoint - Postage) as unspent budgetary authority and therefore revert to the category of unscheduled revenue for budgetary purposes and is available for a budget adjustment to Motor Vehicle's "A" and "B" budgets, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of Boimer
County authorize the Clerk to adjust Motor Vehicle's "A" and "B" budgets by increasing account 00126-6080 (Salaries - Other) by $5,700; account 00126-7860 (Motor Vehicles - Misc.)
by $1,000 and decrease 01261-6750 (Motor Vehicle - Sandpoint - Postage) by $6,700.
