RESOLUTION #2017- U"V FAIR BUDGET
Budget Adjustment Authorization WHEREAS, The Fair has overspent its "A" budget in the amount of $11,500 and, WHEREAS, The Fair has overspent its "D" budget in the amount of $3,000 and, WHEREAS, I.e. 31-1605 authorizes budget adjustments for the receipt of unscheduled revenue provided there is no increase in anticipated property taxes, and WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $14,500 have been identified in 00118-7860 (General Fund - Misc.) as unspent budgetary authority and therefore revert to the category of unscheduled revenue for budgetary purposes and is available for a budget adjustment to the Fair's "A" and "D" budgets, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of Bormer
County authorize the Clerk to adjust the Fair's "A" and "D" budgets by increasing account 0076060 (Salaries - Full Time) by 11,500 and account 007-6150 (Medical Insurance) by $3,000 and decrease 00118-7860 (General Fxmd - Misc.) by $14,500.
