Hi Landon, Attached is a request for an update of public records. Please let me know what the easiest way would be to obtain the most recent documents; we can provide a CD, jump drive, and/or scan hard copies in the file. I realize the email review (the second listed category) may take longer to get together than the first category. Thanks, Amelia From: Davidson, Landon [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, December 20, 2012 11:36 AM To: Amelia Burnette Subject: RE: Progress Energy - public records update

AmeliaAttached are two scanned documents of data submitted in Dec. by Progress. We had a meeting with Progress here in Oct. to discuss the compliance boundary topic. My response email is attached as the .txt file. The .pptx file attached was an attachment to the email sent. To do a deeper email records review will take much longer so that product could be a month away. Sorry for the delay but we really have not standardized method for searching and packaging email content in a streamlined method. The more complete records review will show discussions and activities associated with our inspection and sampling of water supply wells adjacent to the French Broad River, below the plant. Thanks. Hi Landon: I am emailing to request an update of public records provided in response to the attached public records request. I believe the last update we received from APS was in August 2012. Can you please provide any relevant public records from September 1, 2012 to present? In particular, this would include correspondence in the file, e-mails, and any new sampling results, like quarterly groundwater sampling. Please let me know what the easiest way would be to obtain the most recent documents; we can provide a CD and/or scan hard copies in the file (I have availability late next week). Thanks, Amelia
