Attached you will find draft versions of letters for Duke Energy and the homeowner, Mottinger. The attached .pdfs are the attachments referenced in each letter. Of note is the health risk evaluation I received this morning for the dissolved metals at 38 Bear Leah Trail which makes recommendations consistent with previous HREs for this well (not drinking or cooking unless a filter is installed).
