Developing One Team for God’s Glory! For pastors, worship team leaders and members, and church leaders. One of the major components of a healthy life-giving church are spiritual leaders operating as one team. Because the pastor and worship team connection is so vital, we are combining the Leadership Forum Conference with Continuous Worship Conference to provide ENGAGE! •

ENGAGE will help pastors and worship team members realize the solution to having team unity is understanding and living out their identity in Christ. ENGAGE will help pastors and worship team members learn the value in communicating and connecting with one another on a weekly basis. ENGAGE will provide creative examples of various forms of worship elements that can be incorporated into the worship gathering. ENGAGE will provide outstanding workshops covering various topics as: Pastor/Worship Leader Relationships, Working with Different Personalities, Worship Planning, Leading People through Change, Recruiting and Building Teams, and Leading Worship While Working a Full-Time Job.
While designed specifically for pastors and worship team leaders and members, ENGAGE will benefit leaders involved in any aspect of ministry in the church.

Brady Cone, founder of Calibrate Ministries, which seeks to equip the church to disciple individuals who are affected by sexuality issues. calibrateministries.com Justin Halbgewachs, father of 3 children and elder and worship leader at Cornerstone Berean in Kearney. Justin’s wife, Julie, died of breast cancer in December 2016. Ten months later Justin was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.
