Building Your Rainbow Bridge Week Five
Welcome to week Five of “Building Your Rainbow Bridge!” On this page you will find notes that relate to the topics covered in this week’s class recording. Week Five Goal:
Lead yourself through a meditation without the aid of the audio recording. This will help us to manifest and strengthen the leadership qualities of Purple. (You can listen to the recording before you try this)
This week, we build the fifth leg of our bridge by working with Purple light. Purple light is considered the color of leadership and destiny. As we travel to our Soul Center with Purple, our intention is to seek guidance on being in alignment with our destiny. As you connect with the Purple light during your meditations, you will be able to assess how well you’re doing on your life path. The Purple light will highlight how far you have come. Questions to consider are:
Am I challenging myself? Am I following through on my goals?
Am I being my own leader? Am I standing in my power?
Step One: Initiate your experience with the color Purple. Last week your attention was on the spinal column with Emerald Green. This week we replace the same image with Purple (see visual reference below). When working with Purple we stand taller, prouder and are fully immersed in our power. Step Two: Enter Your Soul Center Purple tends to be a favorite color for many. It is directly related to our connection with Spirit. As you sit and contemplate in your Soul Center, the question we present to our Higher Self is:
How can I better connect to my personal destiny?
Often times when we are presented with the concept of “destiny” we relate it to our career. My advice is to allow your thoughts to move deeper.
What are my lessons in this lifetime?
What challenges am I trying to overcome?
Am I being my most authentic self?
Journal What messages came through about your destiny?
Are you living in your power?
Step Three: Planetary Service Entering The Planetary Grid
This week we replace the image of the planet surrounded by a Emerald grid to a Purple grid. Our intention is to send energy to the planet that allows people to stand in their power. There is an old saying; “If the people will lead, the leaders will follow.” As you scan the planet, see everyone living in their power. In your journal, please answer the following question: What areas of the world were you drawn to? What did you see?
Step Four: Grounding When grounding with Purple it can feel particularly powerful. Your body posture will change. As you anchor the Purple light into the earth it dissipates anxiety or self doubt. As the energy pushes deep into the earth, feel and affirm your connection to your purpose. On the following page, there is an illustration of the way that I visualize grounding. You will be pulling the column of Purple light from the top of your head, back down through your body and into the ground below you.
