PURPOSE OF DIBS • DIBS is an online volunteerism management tool from our website vendor Sport Ngin • Volunteers are critical to the success of Rosemount Irish Football at all levels • Rosemount Irish Youth Football needs volunteers of all types for the organization to function • Rosemount Irish Youth Football volunteer hours are also used to support fundraising efforts of Rosemount Irish Football Boosters • In return Rosemount Irish Football Boosters lends its financial support to offset costs of Rosemount Irish Youth Football and to support ongoing expenses of operations
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS • One DIBS item for 5th through 8th Grade Parents needs to be claimed before first practice – Anyone that does not proactively claim a DIBS item before the first practice will be assigned and item and responsible for fulfilling that item or finding someone else to fulfill the item – Assignment will be by alphabetical order in even years and reverse alphabetical order in odd years until all available items are claimed – Board approved head coaches and assistant coaches do not have to claim any DIBS items – Board members do not have to claim any DIB items
